Do repare sensor temperature 443 Z4B T1 found cable short at temperature transmitter service cable also cross check temperature compare reading local at CCR result different 5 degree celsius to 7 degree celsius. Clean up temperature IR TAD for flange probe ad lens of sensor result reading temperature normal ( RIZAL & ANDRI )

Action:
Clean up area motor and filter motor. Measure vibration-noise-temperature of FS and LS. Add grease motor 25 times and 30 times of FS and LS to make vibration below 4 mm/s and noise below 2 gE. Check at ER4 and ER5 for RPM-KW-Voltage-Ampere-Temperature and write at data check sheet ( MUHAIMIN & DADANG )

Do clean up flange probe-sample line-filter sample line-diaphragm pump-filter balston from dirty of dust coal use instrument air supply also water for filter sample line.
