Clean up purge air unit motor and filter purge air unit. Also clean up swivel window T/R unit and R unit for dust hunter and flange with tube from dirty of dust. Do alignment dust hunter. Clean up transducer A & transducer B for flowsic 100. Clean up CEMS room and gas botle room and fan cabinet MCS 100 E from dirty of dust ( RIZAL & ENDEN )
